Gender Equality Policy

IHI Charging Systems International S.p.A. (ITY) has signed this policy with the aim of promoting and protecting diversity and equal opportunities in the workplace.

The implementation of the principles of this policy is set out in an action plan, drawn up with the aim of ensuring the maintenance and monitoring of specific objectives and KPIs related to gender equality over time.
